Shari Reffsin, CFP®, CDFA™, CLTC

Our Story

Reffsin Financial is a laser focused, client driven, deeply analytic, tell you what you need, women empowering, full service financial advisory firm.

Led by Shari Reffsin, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, the firm specializes in financial planning for women in transition, those who are going through a divorce, have become widowed, are thinking about a lifestyle change, or are contemplating retirement.

Shari is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst ®, the type of advisor you would want to add to your divorce team. As a CDFA she is a divorce expert who believes that by empowering women through education and knowledge, they can reach true financial independence. Her most fulfilling engagements come from working with women who are tired of the noise, have gotten too much advice, don’t know who to trust, all the while knowing they deserve better, but just need guidance to get there.

Reffsin Financial is committed to ensuring that their clients are in control and confident about their finances by eliminating their fear of the unknown. And because of the work they put in beforehand, they are well-prepared for any challenge, issue or opportunity. The firm's success can best be defined by the quality of their client relationships, responsiveness, creativity, and a passion that empowers, uplifts, and endures.

Why Choose a CFP®?

We are often asked this question.

•    The simple answer is that not all financial planners are certified.

•    A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification is the standard of excellence for financial planners.

•    CFP® professionals have met extensive training, continuing education, and experience requirements.

•    We commit to following the CFP Board's ethical standards, which require us to put our clients' interests first.

•    As part of the CFP® certification, we also have made a commitment to the CFP Board to act as a fiduciary when managing clients' assets.
Shari Reffsin holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 securities registrations with Commonwealth Financial Network® and life and health insurance licenses.
